London | Hybrid

We are a specialist workflow and AI orchestration consultancy. We help complex organisations coordinate humans, systems, and AI agents at scale. We use orchestration and workflow technology as the backbone that keeps everything governed, auditable, and working under real operational pressure.

You bring three things:

  • An engineer's mind for process. You see messy operations and want to model them, take them apart, and put them back together better. BPMN, decision logic, and systems thinking will become second nature. If you already think in flowcharts, even better.
  • Genuine curiosity about emerging tech. Agentic AI, LLMs, multi-agent orchestration. You read the papers, you try the tools, you form opinions. We will not need to convince you this matters.
  • Top notch communication. You will sit in front of senior clients from day one. You can listen carefully, ask the sharp question, write the clear summary, and hold your own in a room where decisions get made.

What you will do

Work alongside our agile development teams alongside consultants and engineers on real client engagements. Map processes, model workflows, and turn ambiguity into delivery requirements.

Essential skills

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
  • Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction
  • Genuine interest in process, automation, and AI
  • Eligibility to obtain SC clearance

Preferred skills

  • STEM degree (engineering, computer science, maths, physics)
  • Exposure to process modelling notation such as BPMN
  • Hands-on experimentation with LLMs or agentic frameworks
  • Basic scripting or data literacy (Python, SQL)
  • Internship, placement, or project work in a consulting, product, or engineering environment
  • Awareness of regulated sectors (financial services, public sector, energy, legal)

How to prepare for a job interview at Casci

Know Your BPMN Basics

Brush up on your Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) skills. Being able to discuss how you would model a messy operation or workflow will show that you have the engineer's mind for process they’re looking for. Prepare a couple of examples where you've applied these concepts in your studies or projects.

Stay Curious About Tech

Demonstrate your genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, especially around AI and orchestration. Read up on recent developments, tools, and frameworks related to agentic AI and LLMs. Bring some insights or opinions to the table during your interview to show you’re engaged and informed.

Practice Clear Communication

Since you'll be interacting with senior clients, practice articulating your thoughts clearly and confidently. Consider doing mock interviews with friends or mentors where you focus on summarising complex ideas simply. This will help you feel more comfortable when discussing your ideas in front of decision-makers.

Embrace Ambiguity

Prepare to discuss how you handle ambiguity and self-direction. Think of examples from your academic or project work where you faced unclear situations and how you navigated through them. Showing that you can thrive in uncertain environments will resonate well with their expectations.
