A proactive Operations Manager is required to support a specialist public relations/communications consultancy and manage our building in Soho. We are looking for a candidate who understands and can undertake the varied work required to support the smooth running of a busy and close-knit team. This dynamic role reports directly to our directors and is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9am to 6pm. We operate a flexible working policy, and a degree of remote working can be incorporated in this role, but due to the responsibilities of the role we expect the person in this position would be in the office for the majority of the working week.

Our close-knit team specialises in campaigning, advocacy, and communications across the property sector. Based in our own office in Wardour Mews, Soho, management of the building is a key aspect of this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Provide executive support to Managing Director, including diary management, travel and any admin required
- Plan and organise meetings, events and team-building activities and coordinate internal meeting calendar
- Responsibility for the smooth running of the office building including liaising with tenants, health and safety and ensuring security
- Manage office operations, including front-of-house tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, as well as supplier relationships
- Handle the administration of HR and performance development, including recruitment and team welfare
- Oversee and coordinate internal and client-facing events
- Ensure business and legal compliance (including health and safety, building safety, insurances)
- Oversee aspects of client onboarding
- Administer timesheet software (training provided)
- Maintain contact database of clients and consultants
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including announcements and updates
- A can-do attitude with a curious nature and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong organisational and practical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a close-knit team and foster a positive work culture
- At least three years' experience in a similar office manager or operational role, ideally within professional services
- Based in the heart of Soho, play a pivotal role in a growing company
