We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a standalone role and enjoys shaping and improving HR processes within a growing organisation.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full ownership of the HR function, providing both strategic and operational support across the business. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in developing HR frameworks and supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Review and update the company handbook
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers
- Design and embed effective recruitment and onboarding processes
- Act as the main point of contact for Employee Relations matters, including:
- Sickness absence
- Grievances
- Performance and conduct issues
