Are you organised, proactive and love working with people?
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Training Administrator to join a busy and supportive team for our client based in Sudbury.
The Training Administrator is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll be the person who keeps the training centre running smoothly, from coordinating courses and supporting customers to working closely with trainers and colleagues.
Personality is key for this role.

- What you'll be doing
- Managing training course bookings from enquiry through to completion.
- Scheduling courses and coordinating training calendars.
- Liaising with internal and external trainers and assessors.
- Preparing training rooms, materials and resources.
- Meeting and welcoming delegates on training days.
- Processing bookings and payments.
- Maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
- Supporting audits and ensuring records are up to date.
- Working with marketing to promote courses and special offers.
- Producing customer quotes and following up enquiries.
- Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Supporting the wider customer service and sales team where needed.
What we're looking for
- A positive, friendly and confident personality.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
