Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience + monthly bonus

About the role
Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be supporting our retail-based client in Sudbury with the recruitment of a Sales Receptionist. This is a customer focused role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and being part of a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers, managing enquiries, and supporting general operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and assisting with product enquiries
- Demonstrating products and providing information confidently
- Handling face to face, telephone, and email enquiries professionally
- Processing orders and updating internal systems
- Receiving and organising stock deliveries
- Maintaining the sites presentation and displays
About You
- A friendly and professional manner with a customer-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
- Comfortable using computer systems, emails, and order processing software
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing environments is beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
