The predicted salary is between 27000 - 27000 € per year.

Location: Sudbury, Suffolk – this is not a hybrid role

Salary: Β£26,000 – Β£28,000 depending on experience + monthly bonus

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 5:00pm (You will work every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu during the week)

About the role

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be supporting our retail-based client in Sudbury with the recruitment of a Sales Receptionist. This is a customer focused role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and being part of a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers, managing enquiries, and supporting general operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and assisting with product enquiries
  • Demonstrating products and providing information confidently
  • Handling face to face, telephone, and email enquiries professionally
  • Processing orders and updating internal systems
  • Receiving and organising stock deliveries
  • Maintaining the sites presentation and displays

About You

  • A friendly and professional manner with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with people
  • Comfortable using computer systems, emails, and order processing software
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing environments is beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
