We’re an independent specialist HR and Accountancy recruitment agency, proud of our reputation, our relationships, and our people-first approach. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to hit the ground running, build their own desk, and genuinely enjoy coming to work to recruit!
What we’re looking for
- Has solid agency recruitment experience and can manage a full 360 desk
- Is confident, comfortable, and used to business development
- Loves networking, building relationships, and spotting opportunities
- Is exceptionally proactive, self-motivated, and driven
- Wants autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to grow, explore and add real value
- Cares about quality, service, and long-term relationships – not just numbers
