Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are looking for a proactive, people-focussed HR Generalist to join a supportive and fast-paced team, where you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives forward in this innovative business. This is a varied and hands-on position covering the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll and compliance. The successful candidate will partner with managers and staff, providing guidance while contributing to policy development and continuous improvement of the HR process.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Lead on HR policy development and employee relations
  • Manage recruitment processes from job adverts to onboarding
  • Support induction, training, and employee development tracking
  • Maintain employee records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll and pension data
  • Assist with reporting, employee performance tracking, and compliance
  • Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees across the business

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in a generalist role
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Employment Hero is a plus
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
