We are seeking a proactive Projects Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative team on a 6-month temporary contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing strategic internal and external partnerships, supporting collaborative projects, and ensuring the smooth delivery of partnership activities.
The Role As Projects Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partnership organisations, providing guidance, coordinating projects and ensuring strong communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
You'll support the successful delivery of partnership initiatives, oversee administrative and governance processes, and help maintain the integrity of data and business processes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of partner organisations, acting as the main point of contact.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures and partnership requirements.
- Coordinate partnership projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Organise and support partnership meetings, review panels and governance boards, including preparing agendas, papers, minutes and formal reports.
- Support examination and quality assurance processes where required.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve business processes and support the transfer, reconciliation and integrity of partnership data.
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of partnership policies and procedures.
- Support the management of complex casework and partnership-related enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements, innovation and best practice across the partnerships function.
About You For the role of Projects Coordinator we're looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
You will ideally have
- A degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Significant administrative or partnership management experience within a larger/complex organisation.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple workstreams.
- Strong experience working with data and business systems, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Confidence interpreting policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A professional approach, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. Desirable Experience
- Experience within Higher Education or another regulated environment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes.
- Excellent Multi-tasking and coordination experience
- Experience supporting collaborative or international partnerships.
- Experience improving business processes and implementing new ways of working.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring colleagues.
