This opportunity sits within a progressive and people focused organisation and offers a key role in shaping learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
The Opportunity
This position will take ownership of the organisation’s learning and development agenda, ensuring programmes are aligned with business goals and future workforce needs. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help drive capability, strengthen leadership, and support long-term talent planning. In addition, you will have oversight of recruitment activity, guiding talent attraction strategies and supporting employer branding through the management of a direct report.
