  • 3-Month Interim Assignment

Are you passionate about creating outstanding employee experiences and giving employees a genuine voice?

We're recruiting an experienced Interim Employee Experience Consultant to join a large, forward-thinking organisation on an initial 3-month assignment.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and employee listening programmes that will help shape the organisation's culture and employee experience.

Working alongside an established Employee Experience Consultant, you'll take the lead on delivering a range of engagement activities, communications campaigns and employee insight projects, ensuring employees feel informed, heard and engaged during a busy period of organisational activity.

The Role

As the Interim Employee Experience Consultant, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering a variety of employee engagement initiatives, including:

  • Leading communications and engagement campaigns for employee Pulse Surveys.
  • Developing engaging content for intranet articles, leadership briefings, manager communications and campaign toolkits.
  • Coordinating employee listening activities, surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitoring survey participation and analysing employee feedback to identify key themes and insights.
  • Producing reports, dashboards and presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Facilitating employee focus groups and engagement sessions.
  • Supporting Leadership Live events and wider employee engagement activities.
  • Reviewing and developing the Workforce Ambassador network, including identifying gaps, improving governance and supporting future growth.
  • Working closely with Internal Communications, HR and senior stakeholders to deliver consistent employee engagement campaigns.
  • Supporting communications around employee voice, wellbeing, recognition, inclusion and organisational change.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building positive employee experiences and has experience delivering engagement initiatives within a large organisation.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Organisational Development or Internal Communications.
  • Experience planning and delivering employee engagement campaigns.
  • Knowledge of employee surveys and employee listening programmes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups or engagement sessions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret feedback and present meaningful insights.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The confidence to work independently while collaborating with a wider People team.
