This is a great opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Heating professional with a background in education or training to take the lead on a well-established and varied area of provision. You’ll have responsibility for shaping and developing the curriculum across full-time courses, apprenticeships and adult learning, while leading a team and building strong relationships with employers and industry. The Role As Head of Plumbing Heating, you’ll lead provision from Entry Level through to Level 3, alongside apprenticeships and adult learning. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing the Plumbing Heating curriculum Managing, supporting and developing staff Driving quality, learner outcomes and performance Monitoring attendance, retention, progress and achievement Overseeing assessment, verification and quality assurance Developing employer and industry partnerships Managing curriculum planning, timetabling, resources and budgets Supporting commercial activity and future growth
