About the role
As our Weekend Receptionist you will meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home ensuring that they have a warm welcome. You will be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and for making sure each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment while in the reception area. You will interact with our residents on a daily basis – so you will be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents' dignity at all times.
Here are some other important things you need to know
- You will conduct family visits round the home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training you have received.
- You will take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors, internal or external bodies.
