About the role

As our Lifestyle Coordinator you will help plan and organise a whole variety of activities for our residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them. You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.

Heres Some Other Important Things You Need To Know

  • You must be alert at all times to our residents physical and mental wellbeing
  • Organise and accompany residents, where possible, to off‑site activities, which may occasionally take place out of normal working hours
  • Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Home’s Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures

We’re looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun! For most of the roles in our vibrant care home, you don’t need specific qualifications or experience to be successful as full training is provided.
