Casana Interiors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor – Joinery & Fit-Out to lead commercial management on joinery, carpentry and interior fit-out packages from pre-construction through final account. You will work with Commercial, Estimating, Design, Procurement and Project Delivery teams to protect project margins.
Responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, producing CVRs, procuring subcontractors, evaluating valuations and variations, and maintaining accurate cost records.
