We curate thoughtfully designed furniture collections and bespoke joinery solutions for residential, hospitality and commercial clients, managing projects from first concept through to completion.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential, hospitality, and commercial interior projects across Greater Manchester and the surrounding region. The role will be primarily site and project-based, working closely with clients, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate and manage projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the high standards of quality and customer experience expected from Casana Interiors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and client handover.
  • Coordinate design, procurement, manufacture, delivery, and installation activities.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple live projects across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, installation teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project budgets, variations, risks, and overall commercial performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, health and safety, and client requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and constraints in a proactive manner.
  • Produce project reports and maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with company standards, contractual requirements, and health and safety expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery best practice.
Experience & Personal Attributes
  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role within construction, fit-out, interiors, refurbishment, joinery, or a related sector.
  • Experience managing projects in a site-based environment.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Experience managing programmes, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of project budgets and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester and the North West.
  • Experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interior projects.
  • Knowledge of bespoke joinery, furniture manufacture, or interior fit-out projects.
  • Relevant construction, project management, or trade qualification.
  • Experience using project management and reporting.
