The Opportunity
We\’re looking for a dynamic and strategically-minded individual to drive business growth through expert specification. This role offers the chance to leverage your vision, nurture key relationships within London\’s design and luxury sectors, and expand our market presence across the entire UK & beyond. You\’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of luxury interiors.
What You\’ll Do:
Lead with Vision: Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies, optimizing budgets and sales tools for maximum impact. You\’ll be the go-to expert on specification practices, even training and upskilling your colleagues.
Drive Specification Success: Lead complex contract negotiations, strategically adapting pricing, and utilizing our exquisite samples and pattern books to captivate the market. You\’ll use data-driven insights to boost our Casamance, Misia, Issé and Camengo brands.
Manage Iconic Projects: Take ownership of key commercial and residential luxury projects. You\’ll build deep engagement with top designers, procurement teams, and buyers, ensuring our brands are specified in the most desirable settings. Think \”Hunter, Follower, Closer\” as you navigate competitive landscapes.
Influence Product & Market: Provide valuable insights on market needs and competitor activities to inform product customization and innovation, ensuring we stay ahead of trends.
Cultivate Client Success: Identify and secure new business opportunities within London\’s thriving luxury markets – from high-fashion retail to prestigious real estate and hospitality. You\’ll work closely with client services to guarantee seamless project delivery and foster lasting relationships.
Represent Our Brands: Define objectives and represent Casamance at high-profile industry events, including London\’s premier design gatherings like Clerkenwell Design Week and HIX, seizing every opportunity to showcase our collections.
Showroom Collaboration: Partner with our showroom team to offer tailored solutions and support diverse client needs.
What You\’ll Bring:
A proven track record in sales, project management, and business development within a related luxury or design-led industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics and/or INES.
A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of managing complex, high-value projects.
A deep understanding of current industry trends and a commitment to forging meaningful client relationships.
Proficiency in French is a plus, but not essential.
A clean driving license is required for client and site visits.
