Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Joiner with 3-4 years of experience in bespoke carpentry and joinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating and installing custom kitchens, media walls, and other high-end home furnishings. You will be responsible for ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and install bespoke kitchens tailored to client specifications.
- Build and fit media walls, including cabinetry and shelving for entertainment spaces.
- Create and install custom bathroom vanity units and other bespoke furniture including bespoke stairs, built-in wardrobes, bar walls, and media walls.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to bring creative ideas to life.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, sketches, and blueprints.
- Ensure all carpentry and joinery work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
- Handle tools and equipment with care, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Proficient in joinery techniques with a solid understanding of carpentry principles.
- Experience in assembling structures, including roofs and frameworks.
- Competent in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as part of daily duties.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in carpentry and joinery, with a focus on custom kitchens, media walls, and bespoke fitted furniture.
- Strong technical skills in both crafting and fitting bespoke units.
- Ability to work with a variety of materials, including wood, MDF, and laminates.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license (required).
