Missão de Família

Assegurar o planeamento, organização e execução eficaz e eficiente das atividades administrativas e de suporte à produção no Grupo Casais, garantindo a satisfação do cliente interno / externo pelo cumprimento dos prazos, padrões de qualidade e segurança, através de adequada alocação dos recursos financeiros, humanos, técnicos e materiais e agindo consoante a ética do Grupo e os valores Casais.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Garantir o acompanhamento, registo e gestão da base de horas de pessoal próprio e, caso aplicável, também de subempreiteiros, realizando a interface com a área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoiar no cumprimento das normas de segurança e prevenção no trabalho, por meio de inspeções periódicas e comunicação com os colaboradores, definidos pela gestão da obra.
  • Coordenar a receção, armazenamento, gestão e manutenção de equipamentos e materiais, procedendo à identificação de produtos não conforme, promovendo a sua segregação e devolução, acompanhando os níveis de stock dos produtos necessários.
  • Recolher, organizar e arquivar os documentos/processos relevantes, bem como realizar a gestão do expediente e a criação de pastas dos processos em papel e gestão documental.
  • Realizar o registo, carregamento e acompanhamento de dados nos sistemas informáticos respetivos, de acordo com as solicitações do superior hierárquico.
  • Assistir na preparação dos documentos, relatórios, ofícios, informações, emails entre outros textos inerentes à gestão de obra, e efetuar o respetivo tratamento em suporte informático.
  • Apoio e assistência logística e administrativa aos colaboradores da obra (alojamentos, transportes, refeições, saúde, RH).
  • Cumprir e promover os princípios e procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança) aprovado pela empresa e definidos para o respetivo departamento.

Requisitos

  • Curso Técnico/Profissional nas áreas de Gestão, Secretariado ou Construção Civil;
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções similares;
  • Conhecimentos de SAP;
  • Conhecimentos da língua inglesa e espanhola.
