Overview

We are looking for an organised, detail-driven student to join the e-commerce team for a placement.

You will support the day-to-day running of our online store, with a strong focus on getting product online accurately and on time, keeping the site well organised, and helping the wider team trade effectively week to week.

It is a hands-on role suited to someone who is precise, proactive, and genuinely interested in how a luxury brand operates online.

You will be given real responsibility and real exposure, with mentorship from an experienced team.

The Role

  • Product and catalogue management
  • Upload and update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery
  • Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines
  • Keep categories, collections, and navigation organised and up to date across the site
  • Support the setup of new launches, drops, and seasonal collections, working to agreed timelines
  • Operations and Organisation
  • Organise and maintain e-commerce files, documents, and shared folders
  • Support routine quality checks on the live site to catch broken links, missing images, or pricing errors
  • Help prepare and organise assets ahead of key trading moments such as launches and private sales
  • Team and ad hoc support
  • Support the e-commerce team with reporting tasks and weekly trade preparation
  • Liaise with merchandising and customer service colleagues on product queries as needed
  • Take on ad hoc projects and tasks across the team as the business requires

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working to deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with an interest in learning Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
  • A genuine passion for luxury fashion, digital commerce and delivering an exceptional online customer experience, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
