PR Assistant

As our Maison continues to evolve, we are looking for an organised and passionate PR Assistant to support the growing needs of our Communications team and help shape how our story is shared with the world. In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of the PR department, working closely with our Head of PR across global press outreach, sample management, event coordination, and editorial reporting.

The role

• Overseeing of sample loaning and returns for Marketing department with support of Sample Coordinator. Previous experience in sample management a bonus.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage seasonal samples
• Assisting in external liaison for PR agency, stylists, publications, VIP's
• Management of all Marketing related shipments (DHL, Worldnet)
• Collaborate with Paris based VIP team supporting them as a HQ point of contact
• Respond to credit requests
• Responsible for filing clippings shared from PR agencies
• Responsible for compiling excellently executed monthly Marketing reports, including information from campaigns, events, VIP and social media
• Support and management of CMO’s diary including expense submission to accounts
• Manage day-to-day running of the department, ensuring stationary, packaging & supplies are replenished
• Ad-hoc duties required depending on daily needs of the team

The candidate

• Previous work experience in a fast-paced and agile PR department
• Keen interest in the business side of a creative fashion brand
• Advanced notetaking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills
• Competent in Adobe & Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Great team player, Proactive and eager to learn new skills
• Willing to attend to admin related department tasks
