We are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing / Digital to take ownership of our performance channels and drive measurable growth across paid, owned, and earned media. This is a hands-on role for an ambitious Senior Manager or Head of Digital/Performance ready to step up, with the scope to influence brand growth in the luxury fashion space.

  • Oversee SEO and CRM activity, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey from acquisition through retention.
  • Translate the annual marketing plan into actionable digital initiatives, delivered to a high standard.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing roadmap, balancing commercial performance with brand objectives.
