At Casablanca Paris, every detail is a narrative of craftsmanship, passion, and timeless elegance. As we continue to grow our Maison, we are seeking a dedicated Logistics Assistant to support our expanding operations and ensure our pieces reach the world with precision and care.

In this role, you will play a key part in Logistics and Order Management, with responsibilities that include:

  • Coordinating the dispatch and allocation of stock across both Retail and Wholesale channels.
  • Coordinating exports with transport partners, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Liaising daily with 3PL partners to resolve order-related queries and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Preparing invoices and packing lists for local, EU, and international shipments in coordination with warehouse and suppliers.
  • Monitoring and raising paperwork for proforma payments.
  • Issuing credit notes and maintaining import/export documentation, order and invoice confirmations.
  • Managing and regularly updating the customer database master file.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding specific requirements and timelines to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinating wholesale returns and ensuring timely processing of inbound stock.
  • Supporting accurate stock management including stock receipts, returns, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Handling ad hoc requests from the department and management as needed.

Warehouse Coordination:

  • Booking in production deliveries promptly.
  • Monitoring the production critical path in collaboration with Sales to plan stock allocations.
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
  • Reconciling stock levels between Odoo ERP and WMS systems.
  • Optimising workflow and ensuring system efficiency.
  • Leading coordination of bi-annual stock take and ensuring data alignment.

Customer Service:

  • Responding to customer queries regarding shipments and tracking in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing and resolving customer claims related to returns or repairs, including warehouse coordination when necessary.

  • Proven problem-solving and numerical abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
