Job Overview
The Junior Personal Assistant will work closely with the PA to support the smooth and efficient running of the Principal\’s day-to-day life. This is a fast-paced and varied role, involving diary management, inbox support, travel coordination, and handling personal errands. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to provide support outside of standard working hours when needed.
The role
- Assist in managing a busy, evolving diary with frequent last-minute changes
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Monitor inboxes, flag urgent matters, and draft replies where needed
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and materials
- Run personal errands, from gift sourcing and online purchases to family and household coordination
- Liaise with external service providers, vendors, and personal contacts
- Provide logistical support for events and both personal and professional engagements
- Attend meetings and appointments with the PA when required
- Provide cover during periods of high workload or absence
- Be available occasionally for out-of-hours or weekend tasks, with flexibility and discretion
- Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
The candidate
- Experience in a Junior PA, Team Assistant, or similar administrative support role
- Exposure to private household or personal support is a plus
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
