**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK**
We are looking for a talented Artworker to join our Creative Studio team in London. This team is responsible for supplying all the company’s graphic design related assets. The role of the Artworker is to work effectively alongside the Senior Graphic Designer by supporting on a vast array of graphic outputs. The role will centre around producing web and print-ready design assets to correct specifications. The Artworker needs an impeccable knowledge of the Adobe suite, file preparation and execution in both digital and print.
The role
- Taking design files created by other creative team members and preparing them for production.
- Creating and using templates to roll out assets e.g. for e-com and social platforms.
- The bulk editing of assets, such as cropping or resizing.
- Retouching of product and campaign imagery.
- Creating mock ups to visualise concepts.
- Formatting decks to a high standard.
- Working collaboratively alongside the Marketing, Ecom, Visual Merchendising and Art team.
- Adapting existing assets to new formats.
- General housekeeping and organisation, e.g filing of assets on the server.
- Support in communication with printers and suppliers to produce assets, such as event collateral.
The candidate
- Proficient in the Adobe suite, most importantly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Knowledge of After Effects or other video editing software is beneficial.
- Understand the technical requirements needed to optimise all asset execution.
- Maintain quality and consistency with all executions, with a keen eye for detail and finish.
- You are a strategic thinker who can problem solve and work in a fast-pace creative environment
- Strong organisational, verbal and communication skills.
- Effective timekeeper who can work to deadlines.
- Proactive e.g. looking to maintain and improve even in down time.
- Significant experience in an equivalent role working within a design agency or in-house at a brand from a similar sector.
- Ability to work 5 days a week from our East London based office.
