10% Service charge is shared between staff, in average you will receive between £4 to £5 extra per hour on top of your hourly pay.

Our Front of House team play a great role in the customer experience that our guests receive. The role requires both independence and teamwork, ensuring efficiency and that the high standards and service expected by our customers are constantly maintained.

Full time and permanent roles (must be available at weekends).

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers to our restaurant
• Introduce our menu and collect orders
• Serve food and drinks
• Clear and reset tables
• Interact with customers to ensure exceptional experiences

About You

We are looking for experienced Front of House team members who have great attitude and enthusiasm for guest satisfaction and engagement. You must be focussed, organised, reliable and attentive, with a passion for hospitality and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
