Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa's humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O'Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had "A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks". All our restaurants are a home-from-home, where we deliver a warm, genuine hospitality and serve freshly made Portuguese cuisine family style. In addition to the main dining space, there is has a charming private dining room The Green Room, accommodating 45 covers standing, it is a speak easy cocktail bar, available for private hire. As a Restaurant Manager at Casa do Frango you are: A people person - you'll collaborate closely with the GM to ensure both guests and team members are content. Your friendly demeaner and supportive nature helps foster a positive atmosphere. Skilled in effective communication, with a keen eye for detail. Dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience by consistently delivering outstanding service. Enthusiastic about fostering the growth and development of your team through coaching, mentoring, motivation and training opportunities. Experienced in managing systems and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsible for maintaining the restaurant's property, ensuring it is well-maintained and the site is kept in optimal condition.
