Casa Mayfair is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the floor and ensure guests enjoy a great time while the team is well trained and supported. You'll be hands-on with dining room operations before, during and after service, from team briefings to guest and VIP requests across a busy site with a 125-cover dining room, a 100-cover event space and bar.

You should have senior restaurant leadership experience, the ability to train and coach a front of house team, and a passion for premium.
