  • About Casa

Casa do Frango is rooted in the food and culture of Portugal, inspired by co-founder Marco's upbringing: fire-cooking, family meals and trips to the local food markets.

Casa means home, and that sense of generosity, of always giving a little more, runs through everything from the kitchen to the welcome at the door.

With three locations, London Bridge, Mayfair and Victoria, each critically acclaimed for its Piri-Piri chicken, authentic Portuguese fare and welcoming, buzzy atmosphere.

Casa is built on connection, and that starts with our team, who take real pride in doing things properly and doing them well.

If you love food, drink and hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a

Chef de Partie to join our team at Casa Mayfair where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and contributing to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The site welcomes around 1300 guest each week, a 125-cover dinning space, 100 cover event space/bar, two private dining room and a summer terrace.

About MJMK Restaurants

We own and operate a collection of award-winning restaurants across London.

Founded in 2018 by lifelong friends Jake Kasumov and Marco Mendes, the group includes Casa do Frango, KOL, Fonda, Anglo Thai and Luso, each with its own identity but built on the same foundations of generosity and craft.

KOL holds a Michelin Star and was named one of the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

Anglo Thai earned a Michelin Star within three months of opening and was named The Square Opening of the Year in the 2025 National Restaurant Awards.

Our focus as a business is simple: people and guest experience.

We look after our teams and give them room to grow, and we run our restaurants with real operational precision, because great guest experiences don't happen by accident.

Generosity, in how we treat our teams and our guests, is at the heart of how we work, and it's matched by a genuine drive to be best in class in everything we do.

We care about every single guest who walks through our doors, and we're passionate about making their visit unforgettable.

We're building ambitious restaurant brands with a focus on quality, creativity and guest experience, and we're just getting started.
