Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and guide others. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards. Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices. Creative mindset with a desire to contribute to menu development and innovation. Calm and efficient under pressure, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
