Casa by JJ is a premium, design-led homeware brand built around confident hosting, considered living, and long-term value. We are looking for a senior Klaviyo / CRM specialist to take ownership of our email system and ensure it works quietly, intelligently, and commercially. This is not a role for someone who wants to send more emails. It is a role for someone who understands when not to send.
The Role
We already have our core flows in place. Your role is to make them work properly — with clean logic, clear priorities, and thoughtful cross-selling that reflects how our products are actually used in real homes. You will work closely with the founder and be trusted with real responsibility. Progress is outcome-led, not activity-led.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Auditing and fixing Klaviyo flow logic, priorities, and suppression
- Ensuring abandoned checkout, post-purchase, and browse flows behave predictably
- Designing cross-sell logic that increases AOV without discounting
- Improving revenue per customer without increasing email volume
- Reducing campaign reliance through strong, dependable flows
- Documenting the CRM system clearly so it can be understood without you

- Not about sending frequent campaigns
- Not about rewriting copy endlessly
- Not about growth hacks or discount-led tactics
- Not about “best practice” without context

Who This Is For
You are likely to be a good fit if you:
- Have 5+ years hands-on experience with Klaviyo
- Have worked with premium or considered-purchase brands (homeware, interiors, fashion, beauty, gifting)
- Experience with a multi-sku account
- Are deeply comfortable with flow logic, skip reasons, and Smart Sending
- Think commercially about AOV, LTV, and customer value
- Care about documentation and long-term systems
