OUR MISSION

To become the car-changing destination of choice. By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we’ve turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head. What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car‑changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service. In the last couple of years we have gone big and acquired both Carwow Leasey, a leasing broker and Autovia, creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines, doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350m. We also launched our successful Sell My Car business in Germany. We are continually driving to make Carwow the go-to destination for people looking to change their car. And we’re a long way from done!

THE ROLE

You will lead the development and delivery of Carwow’s B2B marketing strategy — creating clear, compelling narratives that resonate with partners and directly support our commercial growth. You’ll create a clear content and campaign plan, drive awareness among dealers, and bring more rigour to how we track, qualify and convert MQLs. You’ll immerse yourself in the dealer landscape and include proactive visits.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Define and lead our partner marketing strategy, aligning with business unit priorities and growth targets.
  • Build and execute the B2B marketing plan across multiple markets, collaborating closely with product, marketing and commercial teams.
  • Own multi‑channel, full‑funnel campaign planning and execution across e.g. LinkedIn, email, PR, webinars, in‑product messaging, and partner co‑marketing.
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new products, features and commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.
  • Develop audience‑first campaigns shaped by market insight, performance data and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Own and deliver industry‑facing brand events that elevate Carwow’s reputation and thought leadership.
  • Partner with commercial operations and CRM teams to drive upsell, cross‑sell, nurture journeys and pipeline acceleration.
  • Work with analytics and commercial teams to measure and optimise campaign performance.
  • Line‑manage and develop a Senior B2B Marketing Executive.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, marketplaces or automotive.
  • A strategic thinker with strong audience segmentation, messaging and positioning skills.
  • End‑to‑end campaign experience — from planning and creative briefing to performance optimisation.
  • Ability to balance brand building with growth and pipeline generation.
  • Confident communicator with experience working cross‑functionally with product and commercial teams.
  • Data‑literate, comfortable with performance metrics, and motivated by impact.
  • Pragmatic, collaborative and able to operate with pace in a scale‑up environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, comfortable with direct feedback and navigating competing priorities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can think beyond standard B2B playbooks to reach and influence our dealer base.
  • People management experience - there will be one direct report.
