  • Own and deliver our industry facing brand events.
  • Develop audience-first campaign strategies based on growth priorities, market insight and performance data.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and commercial campaigns, ensuring alignment across commercial, product and marketing teams.

  • Work with analytics and commercial teams to measure and optimise campaign impact.
  • Line manage and develop the Senior B2B Marketing Executive.

Qualifications

  • Has 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a tech, SaaS, marketplace or automotive environment.
  • Is a clear, strategic thinker with a strong grasp of audience segmentation, messaging and positioning.
  • Has end-to-end campaign experience from planning and creative briefing to performance analysis and optimisation.
  • Understands how to balance brand-building with pipeline generation.
  • Has excellent communication skills and experience working closely with commercial and product teams.
  • Is data-literate, comfortable with performance metrics, and driven by impact.
  • Brings a proactive, get-things-done attitude in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
  • Is confident in managing stakeholders and cross-functional projects.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in automotive, marketplaces or multi-market businesses.
