What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service. In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350 million. YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Ops team within the Carwow Leasey division in Winnersh with the objective of supporting our leasing team with procurement and administration duties. The role involves: managing the special offers for the leasing team, updating ratebooks and pricing for the website, and conducting any administrative tasks for our customers. A large part of the job is building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, strategic leasing funders, and suppliers, helping to drive results for Leasey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day administration duties
- Order bank management and associated admin duties
- Supporting the sales team in procuring and processing orders
- Assist with the negotiation of rates, discounts and lead times on manufacturer vehicles, ensuring that the best terms are secured
- Manage the suppliers, manufacturers and the subsequent agreed SLA’s
- Maintain the rates and stock inventory
- Maintain supplier databases
- Maintain the CRM in line with the company processes
- Manage customer updates, documents and deliveries
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of working in a similar role within the vehicle leasing industry
- An ability to work under pressure and meet team targets
- Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
- Work as part of a team or on your own initiative
- Good organisational & administration skills and able to prioritise workload based on business critical needs
- Reliable, resourceful, and approachable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills / Telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with appetite for rapid growth organisation
- Knowledge of vehicle leasing and motor industry
- Solutions focused and proven ability to pro-actively determine a positive outcome
- Computer literate. Must be a proficient user of Microsoft suite of packages including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, where needed.
