Carwow Group is on a mission to build the go-to destination for car-changing, and is home to Carwow, Auto Express, evo, DrivingElectric, and CarBuyer. Over 11 million customers have used Carwow to buy or sell a car, and after 55% growth in 2024 and 30% growth in 2025, we broke through the £100m mark, closing the year at c.£105m revenue. Across our brands, we now reach audiences of 1.9bn views a year, including over a billion on YouTube alone. We're a Culture 100 award winner, 650 people strong across the UK, Germany, Spain, and Portugal, and we're not done yet.

The Role

Carwow's affiliate channel has exploded over the past two years: listings volume through the channel is up more than 20x between June 2024 and June 2026. This role is no longer about building the foundations; it's about taking that growth to the next level. This is not your traditional coupon-and-cashback affiliate role. This channel is a massive commercial growth engine for Carwow. We need a highly commercial operator who can navigate complex negotiations to unlock massive new growth avenues, while simultaneously supercharging our existing ecosystem. Carwow is a notoriously fast-paced, challenging, and demanding environment; we need someone with relentless commercial hunger who doesn't wait for permission to drive sterling growth. This is a scale-up business with ambitious targets to match, so you'll need to hit the ground running and thrive under pressure from day one.

We're looking for someone to lead our partner and affiliate strategy for Carwow UK, with a strong focus on developing high-value strategic partnerships alongside scaling our established affiliate programme even further. You'll own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and negotiating with new strategic partners to optimising performance across our established affiliate programme, and work closely with the other channels in the Growth Marketing team, Brand Marketing, and senior stakeholders across the business to diversify our channel mix and unlock new customer audiences.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and execute Carwow's partnership and affiliate strategy, with a growing emphasis on strategic, high-value partners over transactional affiliate relationships.
  • Act as a relentless commercial hunter. You will proactively map out non-traditional partnership avenues and pitch Carwow's value proposition to C-suite external stakeholders.
  • Take full ownership of the partnership P&L. Utilize advanced commercial modeling to structure, negotiate, and close bespoke, high-value deals (CPA, Rev-Share, Hybrid) that maximize LTV/CAC.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance optimisation, and long-term relationship growth.
  • Command the room with our Executive Team. You will be expected to present commercial strategy, translate complex partnership dynamics into board-level insights, and deliver clear revenue forecasts.
  • Partner with Commercial and Brand Marketing to build compelling partner-facing content and creative.
  • Act as an ambassador for Carwow across industry events and partner forums, strengthening our reputation as a partner of choice.

What you’ll need

  • A track record of building and managing high-performing affiliate and strategic partnership programmes.
  • Exceptional commercial and financial acumen. You understand the unit economics of a high-growth tech business and know how to construct mutually beneficial, highly profitable partnership models.
  • Exceptional gravitas and executive presence. You must be entirely comfortable pitching to external C-suite partners and defending your commercial strategy to the Carwow leadership team.
  • Resilience and adaptability. You thrive in a challenging, rapid-growth scale-up environment where ambiguity is high and the pace is relentless.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and tracking platforms (Everflow, AWIN, or Impact).
  • Sharp analytical skills, comfortable interpreting KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset: you can drive projects independently.

What’s in it for you

  • Competitive comp package
  • 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 35 with length of service, plus extras for house moves, weddings and more!
  • Employee-friendly share options
  • Pension scheme via Royal London - up to 5% company contribution
  • Vitality private healthcare insurance
  • Life Assurance - 4x annual salary
  • Monthly coaching sessions with Spill - our mental wellbeing partner
  • Inclusive parental, partner and shared parental leave, including up to 20 weeks' full pay maternity and shared parental leave, and 8 weeks' full partner pay, as well as fertility treatment and pregnancy loss policies
  • Bubble childcare support and discounted nanny fees for little ones
  • Work from abroad for a month' annual scheme
  • Generous learning and development budget
  • £500/€550 home office budget
