OEM & Media Team @ Carwow

Our OEM & Media team works with 40+ car manufacturers, helping them reach millions of in-market car buyers across Carwow, Auto Express and evo. Our Brand Partnerships Managers own those relationships. This role owns what they take to market: the products, data and tools that make our partnerships work harder for every brand.

Your Mission

You will own the day-to-day development of our OEM & Media proposition, running the commercial projects that keep Carwow ahead of the industry, from data and reporting to marketplace integrations. Your job is to make sure our Brand Partnerships team have everything they need to grow their relationships with manufacturers.

This is a role for a generalist project manager who loves getting stuck into intricate, cross-functional work and is interested in the commercial side of the automotive industry. No two weeks look the same. One day you'll be scoping a finance calculator integration with Product and Legal, and the next you'll be building the data story for a major manufacturer pitch.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of projects from first idea to final delivery, using Carwow's OKR process to prioritise what will make the biggest commercial difference.
  • Be the go-to person for everything happening across the OEM proposition, keeping Product, Data & Analytics, Legal and Commercial pulling in the same direction.
  • Deliver the integrations that connect manufacturers to our marketplace, from OEM stock feeds and lead integrations to finance calculators.
  • Own our OEM & Media data suite (dashboards, Google Sheets, automated decks and AI integrations) and keep making it better.
  • Equip our Brand Partnerships Managers with the tools, collateral and best practice they need, and help bring our biggest pitches to life with data.
  • Be the voice of OEM & Media on cross-functional Carwow Group projects, and help raise the team's profile across the automotive industry.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in project management, proposition development or commercial operations, taking projects from a blank page to delivery.
  • A track record of delivering intricate projects with lots of moving parts and lots of stakeholders.
  • Seriously good organisation skills: you'll be juggling several projects at once, each at a different stage and with different people involved.
  • The ability to bring people with you, influencing stakeholders at every level and keeping their priorities aligned with project timelines.
  • Confidence with data and the ability to turn the numbers into a clear story.
  • Clear, engaging written and visual communication, whether that's client collateral or an internal deck.

Bonus Points

  • Commercial experience in the automotive industry, whether OEM-side, at an agency, or at a marketplace or publisher working with manufacturers.
  • Experience delivering technical or integration projects with Product and Engineering teams.
  • An understanding of media and advertising, such as campaign reporting, attribution or measurement.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and finding new ways to automate reporting and workflows.
