THE ROLE
Carwow is looking for a Lead Product Analyst, with both line management and individual contribution responsibilities to join our Marketing & Product Analytics team on a full-time basis. The role will manage, coach and mentor a Product Analyst and a Senior Product Analyst, while also leading the way in our Product Analytics capability initiatives and investments, while also supporting Carwow’s Product culture as a whole. You’ll focus on two of our core products, Sell my Car and Get Your Car.

- Lead and Develop: Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with product teams to define and achieve key goals.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Use data to uncover opportunities and drive product improvements.
- Measure and Optimise: Track product performance, set targets, and analyse results.
- Experimentation & Web Analytics Capability Ownership: Own the progression and continuous improvement of our Product Analytics tools through both simple and innovative initiatives.
- Knowledge Sharing: Spread data-driven insights across the organisation
