Carwow is seeking a Head of Customer to drive the evolution of how we engage with millions of car-changers, moving from batch-and-blast lifecycle CRM to intelligent, autonomous customer relationships.

You’ll sit at the intersection of data, AI, and commercial strategy, building systems that learn, adapt, and act in real time.

You’ll lead a global CRM team, partner with Product, Data and Brand, and measure success with NPS, CSAT, retention and lifetime value.
