Carwow Group in the UK is seeking a Director, GTM & Revenue Operations to own the operating model for our commercial teams across Sell My Car and Get Your Car. You will shape the go-to-market process, enablement, and the technology stack, including Salesforce, to drive accuracy in forecasts and fast, productive teams.
You’ll inherit a small team of three and grow it, align targets and compensation, and partner with Finance and analytics to land cross-functional changes.
