We are building the go‑to destination for car‑changing, designed to reach drivers everywhere with our portfolio of automotive brands: Carwow, Auto Express, evo, Driving Electric and Car Buyer. What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car‑changing destinations in Europe – over 10 million customers have used Carwow to help them buy and sell cars since its inception. Last year we grew over 50% with nearly £3 bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8 bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service. In 2024 we acquired Autovia, doubling our audience overnight.

As a key player in our rapidly expanding business, you’ll be at the forefront of forging strategic partnerships with leading automotive retail groups. Armed with a deep understanding of our partners’ goals, you’ll cultivate strong relationships and drive growth through consultative selling. You will work closely with our high‑performing Customer Success, OEM and B2B marketing teams to ensure our value proposition resonates with potential partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, establishing long‑term partnerships with key automotive retailers.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, working closely with our Customer Success team to exceed expectations.
  • Partner with our OEM and B2B teams to position Carwow as the preferred choice for automotive retailers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to C‑suite executives, articulating our value proposition and securing buy‑in.
  • Optimize our sales processes through data analysis and CRM management.
  • Provide valuable insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive or SaaS environments.
  • A hunter mentality and a passion for new business development.
  • A team‑player who has a desire to help grow a high‑performing team that exhibits the Carwow culture.
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • First‑class organisational ability, including CRM system management.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Phone call with a member of our Talent Team to find out more about your experience and why you want to work at Carwow.
  • 1 hour video‑call with 2 members of our Sales Team.
  • 1 hour in‑office task‑presentation with the Hiring Manager & the Head of Department.
