We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our fantastic sales team. Our daily online auction can see over 1000 cars listed per day, and as a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for both sellers and buyers through negotiations of these vehicles. You will ensure vehicles are accurately positioned and matched with suitable dealers to secure the best price and hassle-free sale for our sellers, while simultaneously providing our dealer partners with a convenient and efficient stock sourcing platform. Our sales team plays a critical role in driving sales conversion to deliver on our ambitious revenue targets every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a daily lead pipeline of listed vehicles, working to convert sales and achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Brokering negotiations between sellers and buyers, managing pricing expectations to achieve agreement between both parties.
  • Manage and overcome sales objections, adhering to our sales frameworks.
  • Uphold expected quality standards through all interactions and processes for both sellers and dealers, ensuring their experience with Carwow is positive to secure future, repeat business.
  • Achieve daily KPI expectations in terms of call volumes, email and text contact cadences.
  • Maintain expected pipeline hygiene, updating all lead status and notes accordingly.
  • Utilise and build your industry knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible price for their vehicles.
  • Engage in active communication with sellers and buyers through various channels, such as telephone, email, online support systems etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members in our pre-qualification and post-sales teams, to provide insights and feedback on specific customer situations and needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience and record of achievement in a target-driven role, with goals including revenue or volume of sales made.
  • Experience managing high volume lead pipelines, managing this independently to ensure a consistent sales process and performance.
  • Comfortable engaging with both consumers and business contacts via phone, text and email.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both buyers and sellers.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, with a knack for bringing two parties together in a mutual agreement.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
