The Role
As a key player in our rapidly expanding Business Development Team, you’ll be at the forefront of forging new partnerships with automotive businesses across the UK. Armed with a deep understanding of our partners’ goals & aspirations, you’ll cultivate strong relationships and drive revenue growth through phone-based prospecting and cross-selling existing partners.

What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Generation: Engage with existing Carwow partners & brand new prospects, to generate meetings and drive Monthly Recurring Revenue.
- Persuasion & Closing: Deliver compelling value propositions to decision-makers and secure buy-in through effective negotiation, predominantly through phone-based conversations.
- Collaboration & Influence: Partner with Sales & CS to position Carwow as the preferred solution for automotive retailers across a breadth of products.
- Driving Efficiency: Share pipeline opportunities & intelligence with field teams and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Contributing to Growth: Provide market insights and feedback to regularly inform commercial, product and marketing strategies.
- Always be improving: Continuous improvement is part of our mantra, and you will be central to that - both internally at Carwow & with partners.
What You’ll Need
