The Carwow Group is seeking a Director of GTM & Revenue Operations to own the operating model across two marketplaces, align the commercial teams, and drive a unified, data-driven revenue engine.

You will shape targets, compensation, and territory design while leading a growing team and partnering with Finance and the tech org.

You’ll own the end-to-end process, system design, analytics and program management to land cross-functional change.
