THE ROLE

As a CRM Marketing Executive within the Customer and Marketing team at Carwow, you will play a key role in communicating to our users about changing their car.

Email and Push are pivotal channels for communicating with our users and you will be responsible for managing campaigns from brief through to delivery.

Working alongside the CRM Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will work closely with the commercial and marketing teams.

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Traffic email campaigns through Carwow, making sure that campaigns are briefed on time, correct assets have been provided, and sign off is given ahead of campaign deployment
  • Managing the email campaign calendar, populating new briefs and updating statuses
  • Building email templates using a drag and drop editor in Iterable
  • Creating dynamic content and A/B tests to maximise personalisation and performance.
  • Building customer segments in Iterable, including managing exclusions
  • QA of email campaigns to ensure 100% accuracy of spelling and grammar, URLs and targeting
  • Reporting on key performance metrics back to the business
  • Assisting with CRM programs and subscription initiatives for the Carwow Studios brands (Auto Express / Evo Magazine)
  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Some hands-on experience building email campaigns in a marketing platform (e. g.

Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp) — you don't need to be an expert, but you've actually built and sent campaigns before

  • A fast learner - comfortable picking up new tools and processes quickly with minimal hand-holding
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong written English - you'll be reviewing copy and content
  • Comfortable working with data at a basic level (segments, exclusions, reporting)
  • BONUS POINTS
  • Experience with Iterable specifically
  • Exposure to A/B testing or personalisation in a CRM/email context
  • Experience with Mobile Push as a marketing channel
  • Experience with AI tools like Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini
  • Experience in the publishing / subscriptions industries
