OUR MISSION
To become the car-changing destination of choice.
By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we've turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head.
What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe.
Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.
In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of Auto Express and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight.
Together we now have one of the biggest You Tube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350million.
And we’re a long way from done!

Our mission is to make campaign delivery accurate, efficient and scalable while continuously improving how we work through better processes, technology and innovation.
YOUR MISSION
As Campaign Operations Manager, your mission will be to own the successful delivery and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns from initial planning through to post-campaign analysis.
You’ll ensure campaigns launch accurately, deliver against their objectives and provide an excellent experience for our clients and internal teams.
You’ll proactively solve delivery challenges, identify opportunities to maximise revenue and use data to turn campaign performance into valuable insights.
Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality campaigns while helping Campaign Operations become smarter, more efficient and increasingly scalable.

- Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve blockers and minimise delivery and revenue risk.
- Produce high-quality campaign reports and post-campaign analysis decks that translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Present campaign performance, findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients when required.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Product, Data, Marketing, Engineering and external partners.
- Identify commercial opportunities, including campaign upweights, extensions and improvements that could deliver additional value for clients and Carwow.
- Continuously review Campaign Operations processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
- Support the adoption of automation, AI and new technology across Campaign Operations while maintaining strong quality-control standards.
- KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing and delivering digital advertising campaigns within a publisher, media owner, agency or ad-tech environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising operations, campaign setup, optimisation, delivery and reporting.
- Experience using an ad server or campaign management platform, ideally Google Ad Manager.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving problems and improving campaign performance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance clearly.
- A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of how effective campaign management supports revenue and client retention.
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset and an interest in improving processes through technology, automation and AI.
- BONUS POINTS
- Experience working within the automotive, publishing or digital media industry.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, paid social, You Tube or off‑site display campaigns.
- Experience with demand‑generation or lead‑generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with platforms such as DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Driftrock or audience‑management platforms.
- Previous involvement in process‑improvement, automation or AI projects.
- WHY THIS MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU
Campaign Operations is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with responsibility for delivering commercially important campaigns against tight deadlines and changing priorities.
You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple campaigns, taking ownership and proactively identifying potential issues before they affect delivery.
