About Us
We’re reimagining grocery for the modern urban consumer — building a premium, tech-enabled convenience store chain that blends hot food, curated grocery, and digital-first experiences. With bold ambitions, we’re launching our first store this year and need strong technical foundations to scale.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Systems Lead with a builder’s mindset to architect, implement, and own our core technology stack. You’ll take responsibility for our ERP system (Odoo) and ensure it seamlessly connects to our wider ecosystem — POS, payments, inventory, finance, supply chain, and customer-facing tools. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be designing integrations, managing hardware/software connections, building and maintaining databases, and extracting the data needed to power decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own our ERP (Odoo) end‑to‑end: configuration, optimisation, and integration across supply chain, finance, inventory, and retail ops
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations with other core systems (POS, payments, loyalty, 3rd‑party SaaS, internal dashboards)
- Manage and integrate hardware systems (POS terminals, kiosks, self‑checkouts)
