Our team is building a cutting-edge product experience that bridges the gap between technology and human performance.As Supply Chain Manager, you will own end-to-end supply operations, ensuring our products are manufactured smoothly as we scale.This role is a blend of a typical Purchasing role with Supply Chain Operations and we’re looking for a candidate with at least 3 years experience in either of these areas, preferably within consumer electronics. As we scale there is opportunity for role expansion and team management.If you have a passion for skiing and are excited to own a developing Supply Chain, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoPlay a key role in scaling our manufacturing capability to support Carv’s global growthOwn the relationship with our Contract Manufacturer, reporting into the Head of Supply ChainNegotiate our contract pricing each year, and in year as requiredElectrical and sub-component sourcingProduction planning, both with our CM and additional suppliersCollaborate with our Hardware team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery from our Contract ManufacturerContinuously improve production processes to drive down costs and elevate qualityData reporting and analysis to the wider business on KPIs and variances to budgetWork with the Head of Supply Chain on the longer term strategy, defining optimal production markets, number of suppliers and requirements for either iterations to the current product or a new productDepending on experience, this role could also expand to include ownership of our final mile logistics and bulk freight operationsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years experience working in Supply Chain or Purchasing for a leading brand.
