Job OverviewWe are looking for a talented, self‐motivated Architectural Technologist to contribute to large‐scale commercial and residential projects, including mixed‐use developments. The role focuses on technical design and delivery within the UK, with a strong emphasis on Revit and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities• Technical design and delivery of large‐scale projects, including commercial, residential and mixed‐use developments.

• Apply Revit for detailed 3D modeling and BIM coordination.

• Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications• Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in the UK.

• Excellent Revit skills.

• Strong technical understanding of UK Building Regulations.

• Proven track record in large‐scale commercial/residential design.
