As the Brand & Marketing Executive at Cartwright & Butler, you will play an important role in supporting our mission to be the go‑to British brand for teatime luxuries and seriously delicious gifts and treats. You will support the delivery of the Cartwright & Butler brand across all channels, ensuring the consistent execution of campaigns, content, retail activations and brand communications. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Executive, sales teams and external partners, you will help bring the brand to life across digital, retail, PR and customer‑facing touchpoints.
Primary Purpose of Position
- Support the delivery of Cartwright & Butler's brand across all channels, ensuring consistent application of the brand identity across digital, retail and product touchpoints.
- Support the development, rollout and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand presence in‑market.
- Create and coordinate marketing content across digital, retail, email and social media channels.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across key business channels.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, campaign assets and retail activation materials.
- Support insight‑led marketing decisions through market research, consumer trend monitoring and campaign performance reporting.
Brand Execution & Consistency
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all marketing channels, including digital, retail and product touchpoints.
- Support the development, rollout and implementation of brand guidelines.
- Create and coordinate marketing content across digital and retail channels.
- Support development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and campaign assets.
Retail & Channel Activation
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across key channels.
- Manage social media channels, including content planning, scheduling and copywriting.

PR & Influencer Coordination
- Support campaign‑led PR and influencer activity.
- Coordinate content, gifting and communication with external partners.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Consumer Insights & Market Research
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavioural trends.
- Support customer and consumer research activities.
- Feed insights into campaign planning and brand development.
Performance Reporting
- Track and report on brand and campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach and campaign impact, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Executive.
- Analyse performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support development of reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing activity.
