About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Relief Chef Manager to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role supporting the Operations Manager across a portfolio of educational sites between Banbury and Heathrow. Ideal for a flexible, organised chef leader who thrives in a varied and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support kitchen operations across multiple sites within the designated region
- Deliver high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Provide hands-on cooking support where needed
- Assist in training and developing on-site kitchen teams
- Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
- Adapt to various site needs while working independently or as part of a team
Requirements
- Proven chef management experience (preferably within the education sector)
