Seeking a Consumer Insight Executive to take the lead in the day-to-day running of the Consumer Insight Programme.
Basic Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Hybrid working 2 days working from home once probation is completed

Location: Camberley
As the Consumer Insight Executive, you will spend on average 75% of your time producing insightful, informative and unbiased reporting/feedback following period research. Imputing large amounts of data into spreadsheets and pulling graphs showing data outcome. With 25% of your time being out and about visiting Colleges and Universities conducting forums and distributing surveys and questionnaires.
Market and operational understanding are key in making this role successful as is the ability to respond quickly to ad-hoc data or research requirements and turn them into reports / visualisations / analytical tools.
A summary of key tasks is as follows:
- Prepare and coordinate timelines for Consumer Insight Programmes including research, analysis and feedback
- Coordinate with the client and relationship manager the research criteria and by what method score or results are captured
- Design suitable solutions for collecting data from consumer respondents
- Prepare and communicate regular response updates during research
- Analyse findings and prepare a suitable method by which to communicate feedback
- Prepare management metrics and KPIs based on research from sector, market, geographical sources
- Support Business with drafting of documents for departments during quieter periods.
Skill Set:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud especially Adobe In-Design
- Experience of survey tools, including online and social media
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, including pivot tables and formulas
- A broad knowledge of Microsoft applications is useful
- Confident attitude and ability to use a range of communication methods to communicate with internal stakeholders and clients is key
- Presentation skills including using visual aids to present findings are recommendations
- An understanding of statistics and research metrics (e.g. confidence intervals, margin of error, sample size) would be desirable
- An understanding of Data Protection would be desirable
